Designed by Assael Architecture, the waterside scheme will provide flats mainly for sale and replace an existing redundant 1970s office block, which will be demolished.
Danny Lynch, A2Dominion Development Director (London), said: “We’re pleased to have been granted permission for the redevelopment of Queens Wharf, which will enable this prominent riverside site to be brought back into use.
“The scheme, located close to the historic Hammersmith Bridge, has been carefully designed to deliver quality homes which will be built to meet Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.”
The curved design building will rise in height from four storeys on Crisp Road up to seven storeys where it faces the banks of the River Thames.
