The contractor will start work this week at BP’s International Centre for Business and Technology in Sunbury-on-Thames.
BAM fought-off competition from Balfour Beatty, Kier and Lend Lease to land the centre which will provide a 4,000 square metre learning environment for BP’s employees.
BAM construction manager Adam Harding said: “After a rigorous selection process, we are delighted to have been selected by a blue chip client such as BP on grounds of safety, quality and working culture.
“We look forward to delivering this important centre for BP.”
Construction is due for completion by early 2014.
