The huge four-year framework has been split in to 45 lots, spread across nine regions and five contract value bands up to £10m, and attracted nearly 100 hopeful bidders.
The panel of contractors includes a mix of major able to deliver large projects in urban estates and over ten smaller businesses that are suited to local schemes comprising of only a handful of properties.

The regions cover north London, south London, Kent, Surrey, Essex and Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and the West Midlands.
