Under the Hub South East Scotland contract for NHS Lothian, Morrison will build a specialist mental health facility on the western edge of the existing campus in Morningside, Edinburgh.
A new national brain injuries unit will also be incorporated in an adjacent building to replace the existing Robert Fergusson Unit.
Galliford Try will invest £2.2m in the funding for the project and will also provide ongoing hard facilities maintenance services worth £18.m over the 25 year concession period.

The projected timescale for completion of phase one is 2016. The whole project may take up to ten years.
