The 234 Bath Road site on the Slough Trading Estate was previously occupied by SEGRO’s UK property teams.
Designed by architects Flanagan and Lawrence, the four-storey building is targeted to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
The decision to retaining the basement and large elements of the podium and frame structure of the previous building has reduced carbon consumption and environmental impact.
Paul Lewis, Regional Director for SEGRO in the Thames Valley, said: “With high occupancy levels along the Bath Road and a dearth of Grade A office stock in the Thames Valley, we are confident that this attractive, speculative office development will be in high demand.”
