The £20m deal is to fit out Barratt London’s Nine Elms Point development.
Work will involve equipping 645 homes within seven metallic buildings that will form part of a new central London district.
The development includes a 37-storey tower and a new flagship Sainsbury’s superstore.
Barratt London, which is working in joint venture with Sainsbury’s, has commissioned J S Wright as lead works coordinator to provide underfloor heating and ventilation services for all the apartments.
J S Wright will also provide hot and cold water services, including boosted cold water distribution, sanitary ware, soil and waste services, refuse chutes, and domestic sprinklers for all the properties.
Completion of the project is scheduled for October 2019.
Nine Elms Point is the fifth contract that J S Wright has been awarded by Barratt London over the past three years and will bring to over 1,700 the number of homes that it will have equipped for the developer.
Located next to the future Nine Elms underground station, Nine Elms Point is part of the Nine Elms regeneration area which extends alongside the Thames from Chelsea Bridge to Lambeth Bridge via East Battersea, Vauxhall and the Albert Embankment.
Marcus Aniol, Managing Director of J S Wright, said: “Nine Elms Point takes J S Wright into an exciting new era in terms of the scale and value of projects for which we are being commissioned.
“Our success results from the outstanding skills, dedication and commitment shown by all our people and the excellent working relationships that we have built up with leading developers.”
