Comprising 125 new homes, Siddington Park is scheduled to start in the spring and will be located on a 12-acre former parkland site on the outskirts of Cirencester.
Rydon has worked closely with Rangeford Villages since early 2017 and its appointment comes after the successfully delivery of Rangeford Village’s Wadswick Green 90 flats retirement scheme in Wiltshire.
Paul Barber, South West Regional Director for Rydon Construction, said: “This is an exciting opportunity for us as we grow our business in high-quality retirement housing while bringing opportunities for local businesses and young people to train in our sector.”
Siddington Park will include a restaurant and coffee shop, wellness spa, pool, gym, concierge and integrated care services.
Howard Nankivell, Chief Executive Officer of Rangeford Villages, added: “This is our third development in partnership with Octopus Real Estate and we are looking forward to growing our position with them further in the retirement sector.”
