Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for Assistant Planners to support high rise residential accommodation projects in the West Midlands and retirement living and care home projects in the East Midlands.

You’ll provide and develop a project programme, logistics and build methodologies in support of work winning opportunities and also provide and develop fully integrated design, procurement and construction programmes to suit the demands of project delivery.

Bringing your experience to us, your key responsibilities in project delivery will be to;

• Support in the development of strategic stage programmes required throughout the course of the project.

• Support in the development of countdown to completion programmes and schedules.

• Assist in the process of progress monitoring and record keeping in respect of programme performance.

• Support in developing stage and short-term programmes.

• Support weekly planning reviews as required by the particular project demands.

• Undertake independent analysis of site progress to verify project team reports and identify opportunities and risks.

• Collate accurate progress outputs to enable future benchmarking.
