BAM Construction will start the 97-week build programme on the 24 storey office tower at the former Quay House site in June.
The flagship 260,000 sq ft office building will be constructed to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and completes the developer’s original masterplan.
It will boast a roof-top restaurant and garden terrace once finished and a podium that dramatically cantilevers over Quay Street and Byrom Street.
