The largest will see Pochin’s build Moneypenny’s new £10m headquarters in Wrexham. Work on the 91,000 sq ft project, which will boast a treehouse, village pub, and an 8,000 sq ft atrium, is expected to be completed in spring 2016.
It will also start working soon on a project for Reaseheath College in Cheshire to finalise the build, worth around £3.5m.
The company will also be working on phase two of the M6 Epic site at Three Sisters, Wigan and building a 110,000 sq ft industrial unit on behalf of DB Symmetry and Legal & General, with work on the £4.4m project beginning this month.

Additionally, Pochin will be working on a £3m project to build a 21,000 sq ft new Fiat and Citroen garag eat Swansway in Chester.
Other projects recently secured include a circa £2m scheme for the Lighting Industry Association, including a two-storey laboratory facility in Telford.
Pochin will also be extending office facilities in Holmes Chapel for healthcare specialist Sanofi. The £2.5m project is in addition to the construction of a £1.6m, supported living facility for HB Villages in Sandbach.
